Submission Requirements:

• Language: All submissions must be in English or French.

• Paper Length: Papers should be no longer than 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

• Format: Papers must adhere to the IEEE conference paper format :

This includes:

• • • Font and Size: Typically, Times New Roman, 10-point font.

    • Margins: Follow the IEEE template for correct margin settings.

    • Sections: The paper should include a title, abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references.

    • References: Use IEEE citation style for all references.

Submission Process:

• Papers must be submitted electronically through the conference's official submission portal: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/NSPA2026 

• Ensure that the paper adheres to the IEEE format by using the provided IEEE templates for LaTeX or Microsoft Word.

• Submissions should be original, unpublished work and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Review Process:

• All submitted papers will undergo a single-blind peer-review process.

  • Single-Blind Review.

  • Review Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on relevance, originality, technical quality, and clarity of presentation.

Presentation:

• Accepted papers will be presented during the conference, either orally or as a poster.

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work.

Publication:

• Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings
