The Tahri Mohamed University of Béchar, through the Faculty of Exact Sciences and the Information Processing and Telecommunications Laboratory (LTIT), organizes the first international seminar on electronics, Technologies of information and communication systems. This webinar is fixed as objectives to facilitate, on an international scale, the interconnection and interoperability of latest research as well as their effective exploitation and wide accessibility to the public.
This conference is an opportunity for researchers, teachers, engineers and scientists around the world to present their latest advanced research.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The participant must mention the chosen topic. The abstract must contain between 250 and 300 words (are included: title of the communication, problem, methodology, results, five key words).
Conference languages: English.
Abstracts will be evaluated anonymously by two members of the scientific committee according to the following criteria:
Relevance and originality of the communication or research (consistent with the theme of the congress)
Relevance of the problem (theoretical framework, questions, objectives, etc.)
Methodology (methods and instruments of analysis, nature of the corpus)
Scientific contributions (results, perspectives)
