Important announcement
All participant whose contributions were accepted should be aware that the deadline for payment of participation fees is set for September 01/10/2026 at 23h59 to one of the following accounts:

2-Send the proof of payment (Scanned pdf file or image of the receipt with file name “IDxx_Name of Corresponding Author”) to the e-mail: icets26@univ-adrar.edu.dz
Registration is required for all participants of ICETS 2026. At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
Please note that ICETS 2026 will be held exclusively in person at university of Adrar, Adrar, Algeria. There will be no virtual or hybrid participation options for this edition.

Please note that the author pays the full registration fee for a single paper. For each additional paper, an extra fee of 8,000 DZD is applied for PhD students, and 12,000 DZD for professors.
Registration Fees include:
Attendance at all conference sessions and presentations, including plenary addresses and all parallel sessions.
Lunches and coffee breaks on the days of the conference.
Publication of all accepted and presented papers on IEEE Xplore.
