How to Get Here

The DISIT Seminars Series will take place at the Department of Science and Technological Innovation (DISIT) of the University of Eastern Piedmont (UPO), located at Viale Teresa Michel 11 in Alessandria.

Alessandria is located in the heart of Piedmont and is easily accessible from nearby cities such as Milan, Turin, Novara, and Genoa.

By Car:

TORINO: Taking the E70 (92 km - 68 minutes - Toll Road) or the A4/A26 (124 km - 80 minutes - Toll Road)
MILANO: Taking the A7 (98 km - 70 minutes - Toll Road) or the A4/A26 (131 km - 83 minutes - Toll Road)
NOVARA: Taking the A26 (74 km - 54 minutes - Toll Road)
GENOVA: Taking the A26/E25 (90 km - 85 minutes - Toll Road) or A7 (101 km - 90 minutes - Toll Road)

Parking: 

Around the DISIT,  there are two large free parking areas, ideal for guests and visitors to our department. The first one is in "Piazza L. Perosi" (in front the DISIT entrance), available every day except Monday morning due to the traditional city market. The second is in "Via Gioacchino Rossini", which runs alongside the department.

By Train:

The Alessandria train station is located approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the DISIT. Alternatively, you can take Bus Line 4 provides direct service to the DISIT building, with a stop located right at the entrance. All public transport information is available on the AMAG - Trasport Website. The train station offers regular train connections to major cities across the Piedmont region and Northern Italy.
