Classroom Expectations

Homework will be assigned most class periods. Big Ideas textbook assignments should be completed in the math notebook, unless otherwise stated.

Google Classroom will be updated with new assignments daily.

Turn in your assignments on time.

Google Classroom will not be used for turning in assignments.

If an assignment is turned in late, the grade will be reduced (per student handbook).

See student handbook for due dates following an absence.

Grades will be given in the form of Bell Work, homework, class participation, quizzes and tests. Teacher Ease will be updated weekly.

UJHS Grading Scale:

A: 100%-90%

B: 89%-80%

C: 79%-70%

D: 69%-60%

F: 59% and below

#1: Verbal Warning

#2: Conference with Mrs. Hancock

#3: Phone call or email home

#4: Classroom detention

#5: Office discipline referral
