The Snow Leopard(Panthera uncia )is a spotted leopard that lives in the mountains of Asia. They have thick hair that is grey or a creamy yellow color and they are covered with grayish black spots.It is a member of Felidae family. The snow leopard is vulnerable because of the increase in human population where they live. There are currently an estimated 3,000 adult snow leopards alive.They are being poaching for their pelt and parts of their body is use for traditional Chinese medicine.
