I am a first year PhD student a DIPSCO. I did my Bachelor's in Cognitive and Behavioural Neuroscience and my Master's in Experimental Psychology, at the University of California, San Diego. During my Master's, I became interested in the anthropogenic climate emergency, in how we perceive it, and in the psychological triggers that motivate us to engage in emission reduction behaviors. In my PhD I am building an intensive Climate Action Education program, leveraging some key psychological triggers (such as emotional engagement, efficacy perception, nature-protection identity, social norm) to increase climate action in young adults. I am interested in targeting individual behavior, i.e. lowering one's carbon footprint, and especially collective climate action, i.e. joining other citizens to push institutions to decarbonise. I plan to optimise the activating effect of this program, and then deliver it to different audiences, such as school and university students, and employees from the private and public sectors.

I am a 1st year PhD student in cognitive sciences at the University of Trento. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Syracuse University and my Master’s of Science degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Bologna. My PhD project focuses on the escalation of workplace mistreatment, investigating variables that may spiral into workplace bullying/mobbing such as workplace incivility and gender competency questioning. Through this project, and further exploration of organizational moderators, I hope to provide evidence for the future development of workplace bullying interventions and prevention methods.

I am a 1st year PhD student in Cognitive Science, with a background in Neuroscience. I am interested in the research field of awareness and consciousness, with special attention to the electrophysiological correlates of these phenomena. My PhD project is focused on the differences between conscious and unconscious processing of visual information during tasks that involve a perceptual judgement or an action.

I am a first-year Ph.D. Student at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science. Since my Bachelor’s degree, I have fostered an interest in trying to fully understand the situations around me, a quality that has led me to develop a strong passion in social psychological research. In my Ph.D. project I am focusing on the relationship between humanness and morality applied to different contexts: from interpersonal and intergroup conflicts to morally debated decisions (e.g., the stigma surrounding abortion).
