Trento is located in the Alps region of the north-east of Italy. The closest airports are Bergamo, Verona and Venezia. By car, Trento is positioned in the south-north direction of the highway A22 Modena-Brennero. By train it is located in the south-north direction of Verona-Bolzano.

The School will be held in Povo, a small suburb on the east hill of Trento, where the Department of Mathematics is located. To reach Povo from the center of Trento you may take the bus n. 5 which, going up, will reach Povo in about 15 minutes.
