The relationship between processes and AI is becoming increasingly bidirectional. While generative AI can significantly support process management tasks, particularly through conversational process modeling, mining, and automation, process models, in turn, can provide guardrails for agentic systems, structuring their behavior while supporting traceability, transparency, and correctness assurance.
This talk will provide insights into conversational process modeling in real-world projects and explore different options for designing and executing agentic orchestrations, illustrated through a smart lighting scenario.
