There are many ways to add your voice to the movement for economic rights and security
We are hiring our first three team members:
1) Co-Director, Organizing
2) Co-Director, Advocacy
3) Co-Director, Stewardship.
These Co-Directors will work in a distributed leadership model, with shared decision-making power and distinct areas of responsibility aligned to NAPA’s strategy. In year one, they will be accountable to the CEO of United States Artists or their delegated representative.

Each quarter, NAPA will host open meetings to evaluate progress towards goals & objectives, and iterate our strategies and action plans.
The agenda will include full-group share out and listening, followed by breakouts into Working Groups, led by NAPA staff members. Anyone who identifies as a NAPA community member may join those meetings.
We intend to start hosting open meetings as soon as NAPA staff is in place. In the meantime, we are hosting Open Office Hours in June and July to connect and answer any questions that you may have.
We aim to advance this project in an open, transparent and collaborative way. We'll use this email list to send out semi-regular updates on NAPA community activities and opportunities to get involved.
We know this effort will only succeed if creative workers and organizers shape its design and execution.
