Work Samples

These guidelines are based on panelist recommendations and are designed to better support your application. Consult the chart on this page for your discipline’s requirements and submit the combination of work samples that work best for your application. You are not required to submit everything suggested below your discipline. Only share the type of samples that make sense for you and best showcases your practice, and do not submit more than what is listed.
Give yourself ample time prior to submitting: Depending on internet speed, uploading large files will take time. Plan accordingly and verify that your files are completely uploaded before submitting your application.
Work samples can only be submitted digitally: Applications are only available and accepted online via SlideRoom. All work samples must be directly uploaded to SlideRoom. If you are unable to complete an application through our online process, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Images
Must be less than 10 MB per file
Videos
Only public Vimeo or YouTube URL links are allowed on SlideRoom, which will not allow you to upload password-protected links.
If you’d like to upload private videos, upload a PDF with links, passwords, captions, and cue points.
Audio
Public SoundCloud links accepted. SlideRoom will not allow you to upload password-protected links.
Uploaded files must be less than 60 MB per file
Documents
Must be PDF file with page numbers and less than 20 MB per file
Artworks that exclusively exist online
Compile links with captions, titles, year, and a brief description, etc. in a single PDF and upload as a Document.
Work sample captions should be used to describe specific projects and provide additional context for work as needed. Space is provided for the following with each file:

Additional Details (100 words or less)
Below you will find the work sample requirements for each discipline. Panelists are only asked to review what has been requested. If an applicant submits beyond these requirements, panelists are not required to review the additional materials.
