Registration and Payment

Class sizes are limited, and registrations are accepted on a first-come basis. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment. Classes without enough participants will be canceled and your registration fee will be refunded. A limited number of scholarships are available. Contact the Community Education Office for more information.

Payment must accompany all registrations. Please use a separate check for each activity. Make checks payable to: USC Community Education

Refunds

We will not refund class fees without 72 hours notice. Bus trips, concerts, and plays are non-refundable. Some classes may be non-refundable due to registration requirements. If a program is canceled because of bad weather or other reasons beyond our control, and program cannot be made up, a credit voucher may be issued upon request. Refunds will not be made after the first class meeting.

Weather-Related Notice

For weather-related announcements, please call the Community Education Office at (507)553-5823 with any questions. Notice will be placed on the school website, on the District Facebook page, and all youth sports related announcements will also be placed on the USC Activities Hotline: (877)553-8721. If school and after school activities are canceled, this includes all Community Education classes.

Photographs

Photos of participants in class or event settings may be taken and used in media and publications. You may decline authorization by contacting the Community Education Office.
