"Notification" Explained
For ALL Flight Attendants, both Lineholders and Reserves, changes to your pairing should not be acted upon unless you have been properly notified. What is proper notification?
Notification
The two primary ways we can be notified of a change to our pairing:
Through positive contact with a Crew Scheduler which must be a 2 way conversation via call/chat
By pressing the "Acknowledge" button on a CCS pairing/schedule update (this is optional and you are not required to monitor CCS for updates to your pairing)
IMPORTANT: Crew Scheduling can always leave you a voicemail message asking you to contact them. Crew Scheduling can also relay messages instructing you to contact them through: members of Airport Management, the Flight Deck, Inflight Management, and CSRs.
