What happens if you are unable to reach crew scheduling for an update to your pairing due to hours long call wait times? 

This guide is meant to be used as a reference tool so that you can find the information you need easily during an Irregular Ops (IRROP) event. 

Navigate the site using the INDEX or the MENU, or you can SEARCH keywords using the search function at the top right 🔍

During irregular operations, we do not recommend waiting on hold for Crew Scheduling for more than 30 mins to establish notification and/or for reassignment. After 30 mins, contact your local base management (Concierge Desk) and let them know your pairing needs updating, get their name/s and then wait for scheduling to contact you.
