United Local Band Trip to Florida March 16-21, 2026
Depart Monday March 16 12PM – Return Saturday March 21 7-8PM
**Mandatory Parent Meeting after Spring Concert Thursday May 15, 2025 at 7pm Auditorium**

$1200 total price per a student for quad occupancy
$1250 total price per a student for triple occupancy
$1300 total price per student for double occupancy
$1400 total price per a student for a single occupancy
Students traveling with siblings on trip will receive a $200 discount on the total price of the trip for the second traveler. (Example: First child full price $1200/ Second child $1000/ Third Child $1000, etc.)
Chaperones (20 Seats will be reserved for chaperones with first choices going to band booster officers, band booster members, etc.)
Officers, Committee Chairs, Band Staff, Nurse, Administrative requirements
$1200 per person 2 to room

$1300 per person 4 to a room
$1350 per person 3 to a room
$1400 per person 2 to a room
$1500 per person for single room
First Deposit of $300 non-refundable May 16, 2025
Second Payment $300 August 22, 2025
Third Payment $300 November 14, 2025
Final Payment $300 (or remaining balance due) January 9, 2026
*Students/Chaperones must pay their balance by January 9, 2026 or forfeit their spot on the trip.
**Land Package available without transportation for adult chaperones:

***All band parent chaperones need to be board approved, volunteer forms submitted, and fingerprints done before the March 2026 board meeting to be eligible to travel.***
