14.30 - Presentation of proposed support for the field trip (all proposed tools, vehicles, facilities) - (Christian Darcemont – Prof. Dr. Nexhbedin Beadini – Prof. Dr. Vladimir Krpach)
15:00 - Organization of field trip (day and/or night), presentation of alternatives for trips, discussions and composition of the group for the coming week with dates/hours/meeting points/location of trip - (Christian Darcemont – Prof. Dr. Nexhbedin Beadini)

Monday, July 26 to Saturday July 31 - organized field explorations to desirable destinations on Sharr Mountains.
This will depend if the participants have jeeps/cars or not.
Case 1 (participants go only by foot from the hotel), we could propose:
- one field trip in the subalpine meadows of the mountains above Popova Shapka (Sun Hill) up to 2500 m asl
- one field trip in the subalpine clearings of spruce forest in the northern slopes above Popova Shapka (near 1800 m asl)
- one field trip in the mountains meadows / clearings near torrent of Leshnica (quite far to go by foot but feasible) 1400 m asl
Case 2 (participants have normal cars or with our transport - mini van), we could propose in addition/alternatives:
- one field trip in the mountains wet meadows and rough grassland of v. Bozovce (very rich !) 1400 m asl
- one field trip in edge of deciduous hardwood forest around v. Lisec (1150 m asl or 1400 m asl)
- one field trip (but needs to walk 1000 m elevation, difficult !) to the subalpine meadows around the lake near Kosovo border, above Vechala / Bozovce.
Case 3 (if there are enough jeeps for participants), a field trip further away from Sun Hill can be held.
- one field trip (same as above but alternative with the jeeps) to the subalpine meadows around the lake near Kosovo, above Vechala / Bozovce.
- one field trip to Ljuboten: Beech forest upper edge at 1600 m asl and, at 2000 m asl, macro-mosaic of thickets and of subalpine meadows.
Each field trip can accommodate a group of 10 to 15 people maximum!
