Current Unit 5 student information - This information is for families that had a student registered with Unit 5 for the 2025- 2026 school year and some new high school students who may have already completed online registration and have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal, go to "More" on the left side of the page, and click "Online Registration." For a help sheet, please click here: Returning Student Online Registration Help
New students to the district can find registration information with this link - New Student Registration.
No fees are due at this time for any students. Fees will be available to pay after August 1, and additional information will be made available closer to that time.
If you have questions, please get in touch with the district using the following methods.

Please see the attached document that outlines 6th grade requirements for physical exams and immunizations. They must be current and on file at school BEFORE your child can start school in August 2026.

Child Health Exam (6th Grade Physical) - Must be completed before start of school AND works for sports
Dental Exam Form - Must be completed by April, 2027
Medication Authorization Form - Must have on file for any medication AND that medication MUST be kept in the Nurse's Office

Seizure Action Plan - If your child experiences seizures
