About Me:

I have lived in Bloomington-Normal for over 25 years. I'm entering my 9th year of teaching special education and 2nd year at Evans Junior High. I am a second career teacher.  My first was as an Electrical Engineer for the phone company.

My favorite things:

I love spending time with my family (both two and four footed.) I am a huge Anime and Japanese culture fan, a read all the time, and I love to craft.

• My husband volunteer coaches at Evans

• My BSEE is from Bradley and MS SpEd is from St. Francis University in Ft Wayne, IN

• I have 2 children: Amy and Laura  

• I have 4 cats: Minky-Moo, Indie, Cream Puff, and Tofu
