James Woeltje chose his oil painting of asters. This was the first time students had ever used oil paints and it is something Jimmy took to right away.
Jennifer Moncada also chose her oil painting of a calla lily. The picture really doesn't show the depth of color and beauty of the flower as it does in person.
Logan Stewart painted these beautiful hydrangeas in oil. He worked from a photo painstakingly recreating each color he saw.
Kallie Cantlin showed her creativity and artistic talent with her version of an origami bowl in clay. This piece was inspired by the ocean.
Cara Bonczkowski was an independent study student and was remote the entire year. She approached the project in a personal way to leave her mark with a self portrait with her cat.
Libby Farrell took this photo at their family place up north for Digital Photography/Yearbook. Libby not only showed her exemplary photography skills daily but she was our yearbook editor that came up with the concept for the 2020-21 year of Survival Guide.
Jennifer Moncada chose this gorgeous petunia as her legacy photo from a shoot in the FFA Greenhouse prior to the flower sale. It was clear in her group of photos she appreciates the beauty of flowers.
Alaina Dodd's photo is of a beautiful sunset from the parking lot where she works. Part of photography was learning to appreciate our surroundings and finding the beauty in all spaces. During such a crazy year it was so important for our students to look to the positive. Alaina's photo did just that.
