What is animal testing on cosmetics?

There are a lot of different types of animal testing and one of them is animal testing on cosmetics.  Animal testing on cosmetics is when we use animal testing to make cosmetics. Animal testing on cosmetics happens worldwide ( including Vietnam ) but it is very cruel.
