Call for Posters

Poster presentations are intended to enhance informal interactions with conference participants, at the same time allowing for in-depth discussion.

Each participant should bring their own poster, designed in any style they prefer, using the A1 format.

Important dates for poster presentation

• Poster submission (Title and one page abstract) deadline May 25, 2025

Participants interested in presenting a poster are invited to send their title and abstract to wmf@unisa.it

Call for Springer Proceedings

All participants who present a poster can also submit a paper (min 8 pages – max 12 pages) to be included in a proceedings book with ISBN, published by Springer in the conference series MAF: Mathematical and Statistical Methods for Actuarial Sciences and Finance. Papers will be revised according to the usual referee process.

Important dates for Springer Proceedings

• Paper submission deadline May 25, 2025

• Notification of paper acceptance or rejection July 5, 2025

• Paper revised submission deadline July 20, 2025

Papers must be submitted online through the conference website adhering closely to the template for the submission. The guidelines (and LaTeX / Word templates) can be found here:
