Please fill in the conference registration form if you plan to attend.

Participants have the opportunity to propose a contributed talk, and a limited number of short presentations will be selected. The deadline for submitting the title and abstract of a contributed talk is January 31st, 2026.

The registration fee covers the Welcome Cocktail (13th of April), the social dinner (16th of April), and light lunches (14th, 15th, 16th of April).

Late registration fee 

• PhD Students, Fellows, Postdocs € 150,00

• Researchers, Professors € 200,00

Online payment will be available until March 20th.

After this deadline, the registration fee may be paid exclusively in cash at the registration desk upon arrival.

An attendance certificate, as well as, a receipt of the payment will be issued to all participants present at the event.
