Roberto Baiocco is a Full Professor of Developmental Psychology (SSD M-PSI/04), a psychologist, and a Family Therapist. He obtained a Specialization in "Psychological Evaluation and Counseling" and a Ph.D. in Psychology both from the Sapienza University of Rome. 

Member of the Scientific Technical Committee on Diversity and Inclusion and of the Teachers Training Committee of Sapienza. Member of the Reports Commission for Other Scientific Societies and Institutions of the Italian Society for Gender, Identity, and Health.

He has published scientific articles and books on parenting and the well-being of sexual and gender minority people.
