1. Purpose
The LRD 2026 Workshop: Unveiling the Little Red Dots is dedicated to fostering an open, respectful, and inclusive environment for the exchange of scientific ideas. We aim to create a space where all participants feel welcome and valued, regardless of background or career stage.
All participants (including organizers, speakers, and attendees) are expected to:
Treat others with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
Engage in constructive and respectful scientific discussion
Be mindful of different perspectives and experiences
Give credit to others’ work and ideas
Use inclusive and considerate language
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation in any form
Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, nationality, or religion
Disruptive behavior during talks or discussions
Unwelcome sexual attention or inappropriate conduct
Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or sustained disruption of discussions
This applies to all workshop spaces, including:
Live sessions
Chat platforms
Social or informal interactions
As this is an online workshop, participants should:
Keep microphones muted when not speaking
Use chat and Q&A functions respectfully
Avoid interrupting speakers
Be mindful that written communication can be easily misinterpreted
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact the organizers promptly. Reports will be handled confidentially and taken seriously.

Organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this code of conduct, including:
Warning the participant
Removing the participant from the workshop
Restricting access to future events
By participating in the workshop, all attendees agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
