We are pleased to announce the 2nd Journal of Management and Governance’s paper development workshop organized at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in Rome (Lazio, Italy).
This paper development workshop helps to develop ideas and working manuscripts with the aim of later submission to the Journal of Management and Governance (Q1, Impact factor 4.0, Citescore 9.6) or similar international academic journals.
Consistent with the mission of the Journal, submissions on all relevant topics, at all levels of development, and using all empirical methods are invited for the workshop and will receive constructive feedback from Senior Editors and other internationally renowned scholars.
The paper development workshop, which comprises developmental paper sessions and a doctoral stream, addresses key areas of management and governance. It is potentially of interest to early research scholars (including PhD students) as well as to more experienced academics who are interested in the development of their works.
Working papers (or extended abstracts) on the following topics of management and governance are invited and may take empirical, theoretical, and conceptual approaches. Topics of interest include but are not limited to the following:
The purpose of corporations;
The relationship between management and corporate governance;

Corporate governance and sustainability;
The role of corporate reporting and corporate governance in capital markets;
The role of the board of directors and its committees;
