Francesca Iandolo, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Management (Scientific Sector ECON-07/A - Business Economics and Management, formerly SECS-P/08) in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Sapienza University of Rome. She is the Business Innovation Hub (BIH) Coordinator and the President of the Master’s Degree Program in Economics and Communication for Management and Innovation (LM-77). She teaches Business Economics and Management (Bachelor’s Degree in Business Sciences, L-18) and Management of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence (Master’s Degree in Economics and Communication for Management and Innovation, LM-77).
Her research focuses on applying systems theories to corporate sustainability and the role of technological diffusion within digital platforms and innovation ecosystems. Francesca Iandolo has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and has widely published in national and international journals. She serves as an ad hoc reviewer for leading international journals in management, innovation, and corporate sustainability. She has been the Principal Investigator for several national and international projects, including coordinating an Erasmus+ project.
In 2020 and 2023, she was a Visiting Researcher at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. Since 2021, she has served as Academic Coordinator for International Mobility Agreements for the Faculty of Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, managing international mobility for the Department of Management’s programs. Additionally, she represented researchers on the Department and Faculty Boards from 2020 to 2024.
She has been a licensed Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2011.
