Registration Fees are in Euros. 

Early Registration applicable if payment is received before  December 31, 2025

The standard registration fee includes:

• Two daily coffee breaks with sweet and savoury refreshments
  
  

• One full lunch per day
  
  

• Welcome Reception (Sunday, 7)
  
  

• Publication in the conference proceedings volume
  
  

Accepted abstracts will be published online, and accepted full papers will be included in the Springer Series...(to define)

Selected presentations will be invited to submit original contributions to a dedicated special issue of the international journal Advanced Modeling and Simulation in Engineering Sciences, subject to the standard peer-review process:  https://amses-journal.springeropen.com/about

Refund Policy

Paid registrants who are unable to attend will be refunded if a written request is received at least one month before the Conference. However, a cancellation fee of €100.00 will be applied. After that date, registrants are liable for the full fee (i.e., NO refund will be issued). No refunds will be given to authors of accepted papers for the Proceedings.
