Andrea Michienzi, Department of Computer Science, University of Pisa (andrea.michienzi@di.unipi.it). Andrea Michienzi received his PhD in Computer Science at the Università di Pisa in July 2021 and currently holds a junior assistant professor position at the same university. His main research interests are distributed systems and complex network analysis. More in detail, he is currently investigating techniques for community detection throughout time, focusing on exploiting these mechanisms for the development of Distributed Online Social Networks. Moreover, he is starting to investigate other blue-sky research topics, such as the dynamics of socio-economic networks and influencer and area-of-influence detection in online social networks. He has been involved in the program committee of HyperText’22, the TPC of BANDIT and LSDVE, and the organizing committee of OASIS.
Mirko Franco, Department of Mathematics, University of Padua, (mifranco@math.unipd.it). Mirko Franco is a PhD student in Brain, Mind, and Computer Science at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Padua. He received his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 2021, cum laude, and completed his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 2019 at the same university. His main research interests include content moderation, online safety, and mobile systems. Mirko is a member of the Technical Program Committee of the ACM Conference on Information Technology for Social Good (GoodIT), and of the IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference (CCNC).
