Dear 3rd Grade Families,
I hope you had a nice break. We will be preparing for our Wax Museum presentations this week. In math, we will use tape diagrams and number lines to learn about fractions. For language arts, we will focus on the plot of a story. We will learn about main characters, the setting, problem, and resolution.
Here are a few things to note:
Please make sure your child charges their Chromebook each night.
Have your child memorize their multiplication facts each night.
Homework for the week is below.
Ice cream sale: Feb. 25 at 1:30 p.m.
On Feb. 25th, we'd like to invite our parents to the 3rd grade Wax Museum from 11:15-12:00. The students will be dressed up as their biography person and will be presenting. We will meet on the field. The 3rd grade teachers will also have a sign-out sheet, so if you'd like to take your child out to lunch or home after the Wax Museum, feel free to sign them out since it's a minimum day. Also, please come early to check-in at the office as many parents usually attend.
