If students are experiencing, slow downs, camera issues, sound issues, please have them try the following (and probably they should all do it to refresh their chromebooks for the start of the year) Bold all students should do.
Go to:
chrome://settings Or choose gear
privacy and security
Click on Clear Browsing data both cookies and other site data and cached images and files (the should already be clicked off) and click clear data
Then sign out of account and shut down computer (wait until blue light goes out) shut computer and reopen after 30 seconds and see if everything works the way it should.
If not:
Go back to privacy and security settings
Then: Click site settings
Click Microphone and/or camera
Click on Zoom under allow and make sure microphone says allow
Then go back to privacy and security settings
If that doesn't work, or you can't get to those settings, have parent send ticket to Student tech support
