What is Character Strong?

Character Strong is a comprehensive curriculum designed specifically for middle school aged students that weaves together social emotional learning, character development, and community building into a classroom experience that is engaging, relevant, and culture-shifting.

Establishing a strong foundation of social and emotional skills among students by teaching healthy habit development, social awareness strategies, and empathy building techniques helps create a positive environment for learning and growth and UMS.

When are the Character Lessons taught and by who?

Character Strong lessons will be delivered to all students on a regular basis in their Social Studies classroom by their teacher.
