Our District is Proud to Partner with Daybreak Health
When students feel well, they can focus, learn, and thrive - in school and beyond.
Our district is proud to partner with Daybreak Health to provide confidential, evidence-based virtual wellness support for students ages 5–19. Sessions are designed to help students strengthen focus, manage stress, build confidence, and develop lifelong coping skills.
Families can submit a Care Request to get started.
Students are matched with a qualified clinician who provides personalized, one-on-one or family sessions.
Appointments are 50 mins and available Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. offered virtually from home or school
Sessions are secure and confidential, HIPPA and FERPA compliant
Daybreak’s school-connected programs have been shown to:

Parenting can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Daybreak is now offering teletherapy for the whole family. After you complete your onboarding paperwork for your child, you can now request care for yourself or for a sibling too. It’s optional and confidential.
Parent care stays confidential to protect your privacy — school districts will NOT see if you request care for yourself. Daybreak follow strict HIPPA guidelines.
Parent care is billed through insurance, just like going to a doctor’s appointment.
Sessions are available Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm, on any device, from any location — ideal for busy parents.
Being a parent of an adolescent can present some significant challenges. But keeping up with technology trends and managing media usage takes things to another level. Thankfully, there are some really great resources available to help.
