Calendar Summary

We will have two casts. One cast will rehearse Monday and the other Thursday. Rehearsal times will begin at 2:45 and end at 5:00. Starting in January each cast will be rehearsing twice a week. The Monday cast will add Fridays and the Thursday cast will add Tuesdays. The week of January 30th is Tech/Show week. Each day that week needs to be free of conflicts. Each character/actor will not be required at every rehearsal.

Absence policy

Each and every cast member is important to the play. As a member of Drama Club, cast members are expected to attend all of their scheduled rehearsals. If your child should become ill and does not attend school, they are not allowed to attend practice. This is District policy.

We can't stress enough how important it is to contact a member of the production team by phone at the earliest opportunity if your child is ill. Given enough time, we can often contact your child's double in the opposite cast and have them fill in. Please use the phone number listed here. Do not call the school office.

Play dates are not excused absences. Please plan play dates and if possible, doctor's appointments when your child does not have rehearsal. Any previously scheduled appointments should be on your conflict calendar and are excused.
