Thanksgiving

Kindergarten was on a crusade to save the turkeys this Thanksgiving! We read books about how different turkey characters escaped being eaten. We wrote about what we would eat instead of turkey. Each class then chose a food to highlight in our "Balloons Over Central Parade". Mrs. Burton's class urges you to eat pizza!

Welcome to Mrs. Burton's Kindergarten Class!

Our classroom is the last classroom on the right at the end of the blue hallway. I have been working to get it ready for all of my new students!

Below are some of the centers in our classroom. In addition to the pictured areas, we also have Legos, playdough, puzzles, an ABCs center, a message center, a writing center, iPads, and a light box! I think there is something that each student will like to do.
