The plants we are currently growing are bibb lettuce, basil, kale, swiss chard, chives, mint, potato, and various house plants! It's super exciting to announce that our lettuce and kale are growing beautifully in both the NFT system and our continuous flow system.
We decided that we are going to be only planting leafy greens because we currently don't have enough nutrients for flowers or anything that involves fruiting.
Swiss Chard!
Our swiss chard is doing much better than we ever expected. We have heard so many wonderful reviews on it! A good amount of our leaves are 15+ inches long.
