They were ceremonial headdresses in the indigenous tribes, generally used only by the Chiefs and the warriors of the tribes.
Usual mind made from eagle tail feathers,each feather representing an act of bravery.

Take your poster board and make a long rectangle that covers one mars of the perimeter of your head.

Decorate your strip head with marker as you want.

Walk and find different flowers, grass, and leaves that you see in the ground and collect them for your creation.

Select and organize the leaves or flowers that you want to use and stick them to your strip head.

You already have your Penacho ready to parade and show off.
