Covid-19 regulations

For the safety and wellbeing of all participants, access to the meeting venue, transportation, and social events will be subject to compliance with the local laws and regulations related to the Covid-19 pandemic in force at the time of the event, which could include wearing face covering indoors and outdoors, and submitting evidence of a negative Covid-19 test or vaccination. Participants will be informed on the protocols in force prior to the start of the event. Attendees who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 during the conference are requested to self-isolate and contact a member of the Organizing Committee who, where required, will liaise with the health authorities to arrange for tests and provide all assistance needed. The organizers thank all the participants for their cooperation in ensuring the health and safety of everyone.

UPDATE 27/7/2022: FFP2 masks mandatory indoors during the meeting

At the time of writing, most of restrictions related to covid19 have been lifted in Italy. For the safe and wellbeing of all participants, the organizers have decided to sill require the use of FFP2 masks indoors (at the conference venue and on buses). We thank you in advance all participants for respecting this request.

Code of conduct

The organizers are committed to providing a friendly and safe environment where diversity and inclusivity are valued. Harassment and offensive comments or behaviour related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality or religion are not considered appropriate. The organizers expect all the participants to respect these values and behave professionally and respectfully of others to ensure that the meeting is productive and enjoyable for everyone. Any participant who wishes to report violations of the above guidelines can speak in confidence to one of the members of the Organizing Committee. Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behaviour are expected to comply immediately. The organizers thank all the participants for their cooperation in making this meeting welcoming for all.
