Federico Cabitza is an Associate Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca and head of the MUDI Lab. His research focuses on human-computer interaction, AI ethics, and AI-assisted decision-making. He has collaborated extensively with hospitals on AI decision support systems and co-authored influential works on AI’s societal impact, including Intelligenza Artificiale with Luciano Floridi. Recognized as one of the top 2% of scientists in his field, he has contributed to major conferences such as CSCW, CHI, AAAI, ECAI, INTERACT and IUI.
Andrea Campagner is a Researcher at the IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi Sant'Ambrogio, one of the main European research hospitals focusing on orthopaedics, and lecturer at University of Milano-Bicocca. His research focuses on machine learning, uncertainty management, human-computer interaction, AI-assisted decision-making and medical informatics. He has collaborated extensively with hospitals on AI decision support systems. He has contributed to major conferences such as CHI, AAAI, ECAI, UAI, and is associate editor of the International Journal of Medical Informatics, International Journal of Approximate Reasoning and Soft Computing.
