Cleaning Raw EEG data before preprocessing

Penerangan:

1. The recorded EEG file may contain unwanted information other than raw EEG channel data, such as bandpass data, IMU data, and time information. The dashboard helps the user choose the information they want for further processing or other purposes.

2. The recorded EEG data may contain missing values due to device failure or other reasons. The algorithm detects the missing data and reconstructs it using an interpolation method.

3. The cleaned EEG data are then saved to the DOWNLOAD directory for further use.

Pre Process Raw Data

1. Upload zip folder with CSV files

2. Select the columns to analyse

3. Detect blank columns

4. Fill missing data using interpolation (EEG data best practice)

5. Download the processed CSV files
