The Energy Storage Research Cluster at the Universiti Malaysia Perlis Center of Excellence for Renewable Energy (CERE) is working on developing advanced energy storage technologies that are essential for a sustainable energy future. Our team of experts, which includes electrical engineers, materials scientists, and chemists, is working to solve the technical problems that come with energy storage, such as low energy density, high cost, and limited durability. We are exploring innovative solutions such as advanced batteries, supercapacitors, and hybrid systems, with a goal of improving energy storage performance, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. Our research will have a significant impact on the development and deployment of renewable energy sources, helping to create a more sustainable and secure energy future for all.
