The following is the most up-to-date program. Download it in PDF version or check online below:
There will be three poster sessions, each preceded by a flash presentation session. At each session 25 posters will be presented and we will assign you to one of them based on alphabetic order. This way all of you will have the opportunity to present your work and learn about what your peers do.
For the flash presentations, you'll have a laser pointer with the capability to change slides and I will stand up when you have 20 seconds left, while the ring bell will mark that time is out.
We invite you to prepare a poster of maximum width 70 cm and height 100 cm (size compatible with A1 and smaller than A0 format) and a short 3-minute presentation to advertise the key points of your work at the flash presentation session (max three content slides + title page).
Please, send as far in advance as possible to the Scientific Secretary vladislav.gavryusev@unifi.it the presentation in PDF format and the abstract formatted according to this latex source (attach both the output PDF and a zip or 7zip archive with all source files). Name the files according to the following convention:
flashtalk_LastName_FirstName.pdf
abstract_LastName_FirstName.pdf
abstractsource_LastName_FirstName.zip or .7z
