Paolo Pensabene
Paolo Pensabene graduated cum laude from the Law Department at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome (2022), defending a final dissertation in Constitutional Law concerning “Constitution and State secret” with Prof. Raffaele Bifulco as thesis supervisor.
He is a member of the research projects “Representative assemblies and technological innovation after the pandemics” (LEGITECH) and “Parliaments and central banks: separation or interaction?” (PEBC) at the University of Florence.
He is cultore della materia in Constitutional Law at LUISS Guido Carli University and is also attending the II level Master in “Istituzioni Parlamentari “Mario Galizia” per consulenti d’assemblea” at Sapienza, University of Rome.
He has collaborated with Grimaldi Alliance in Administrative Law area; in the meanwhile he has also conducted an internship at the Department of Public security - Ministry of the Interior.
During his university path, he has been awarded with the Erasmus scholarship and attended a semester at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (2021-2022); he has also participated in a summer school organized by Tilburg University (2020). He took part in the projects “Legality and Merit” (2020) organized by LUISS, “Model – EU” (2018) at the European institutions in Brussels and attended also the “Skill-a-bus 2” course (2020) at LUISS on diversity management, teamwork and leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution, problem solving, project and process management.
He has obtained the high school diploma with top marks at Liceo Classico “Tommaso Campanella” in Reggio Calabria and he has been students’ representative (2015-2016 and 2016-2017).
With reference to the research activity, his areas of interest are Constitutional Law and Comparative Public Law.
