Innovative Semiconductors

Our research team works on the synthesis and the optical characterization of innovative semiconductor nanostructures (halide perovskites, nitrides, III-V, etc.). Such materials are of extreme relevance for highly-performing optoelectronic devices and sensors. Our studies are conducted with different state-of-the-art spectroscopic techniques and focus on fundamental aspects of semiconductor physics towards devices realization.
