Fabrizia Mealli does research on causal inference, program evaluation, estimation techniques, simulation methods, missing data, and Bayesian inference, with applications to the social and biomedical sciences.
Since 2005 she is Professor of Statistics at the Department of Statistics, Informatics, Applications “G. Parenti” - DiSIA of the University of Florence and from September 2023, she is Professor of Econometrics at the Department of Economics of the European University Institute (EUI).
She is Elected Fellow of the American Statistical Association (ASA)
She sits the Steering Committee of the European Causal Inference Meeting (EUROCIM) and is a member of the organizing committee of the Online Causal Inference Seminar (OCIS).
She is President-Elect of the Society for Causal Inference (SCI)
She is a member of the Scientific Committee, Action Research for CO-develpment (ARCO), Research Center, University of Florence.
