The sessions' topics include:

• Origin and evolution of the solar wind

• Parker Solar Probe, Solar Orbiter, other present and future missions

• Turbulence, reconnection, plasma waves, instabilities, and theories of dissipation

• Solar energetic particles, cosmic rays, and particle acceleration

• Plasma astrophysics

• Laboratory plasmas and connections to astrophysics and space plasmas

As in previous years the workshop will be held in the Aula A of the Garbasso building of the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Largo Enrico Fermi 2, Firenze. This is located on the beautiful Arcetri hill, near the villa where Galileo Galilei lived his last years.

Registration is now CLOSED, sorry. For pre-registered people, please pay using the link below the fee of 270 euros (full week attendance, catering until lunch of Thursday, participation to the social dinner on Tuesday evening) or the reduced fee for single-day attendance (50 euros). In case you have problems (only in this case) you may pay cash, in euros, at the registration desk.
