Call for Abstracts

We invite all participants to register and submit abstracts of communications according to the requirements provided below. 

Note that the final deadline for abstract submission is on September 10, 2023.

Guidelines

All abstracts have a limit of 2,000 characters, including spaces. The title, keywords and authors’ information are not included in that limit.

Types of presentations

Choose between oral presentation or poster:

• Oral presentation will last no more than 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion. The presentation must be made in English. Once the abstract has been accepted, the ppt must be submitted before the conference starts.

• Poster presentation should be printed on A0 paper size (max height: 120 cm, max width 90 cm) and presented in portrait format. The poster must be made in English.
