André Aquino
SCTI/Distrito de Inovação de São Paulo, São Paulo

Currently the Director of Science, Technology, and Innovation at the São Paulo State Secretariat of Science, Technology, and Innovation. Member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Technological Research (IPT). President of the Founders' Council of the São Paulo Innovation District. Full Professor at the University of São Paulo and an associate researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies (IEA/USP). Visiting Researcher at the Polytechnic University of Milan (Politecnico di Milano); formerly a visiting researcher at the University of Birmingham (UK). At the IEA, he coordinates a multidisciplinary research initiative on the Financial Resilience of Contemporary Cities. Leader of the "Public Sector Accounting Governance" research group and the "Metalab Laboratory for research and innovation on multiple realities." 

Clarisse Gomes (mediator)

Clarisse is an engineer with a career that connects global consulting, academia, and entrepreneurship. She leads a 3D printing and additive manufacturing company on a mission to democratize creation and production in Brazil. She is also an innovation researcher, teaching strategy, technology and ecosystems. Clarisse was a Partner at Deloitte, working with some of the most relevant organizations in the world.

Jeferson Cheriegate
PIT, São José dos Campos

Jeferson Cheriegate holds a degree in Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a qualification in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives (London), as well as an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has over 20 years of professional experience across the consumer goods, services, and government sectors, working with companies of varying sizes and operational focuses—such as Unilever, Smollan, and Infra S.A. Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented business strategies and plans, built high-performance teams, led startups, actively participated in M&A processes, and managed integration initiatives. Since 2022, he has served as President of PIT – São José dos Campos Innovation Park.

Jorge Audy
PUC-RS/Tecnopuc, Porto Alegre

Full Professor at the Polytechnic School and Superintendent of Innovation and Development at PUCRS and TECNOPUC. Member of the National Council for Science, Technology, and Innovation (CCT) of the Presidency of the Republic. President of the Honorary Committee of South Summit Brazil. He holds a PhD in Information Systems (UFRGS) and has completed postdoctoral research at IASP, Tsinghua University (China), and the University of Málaga (Spain). He is a member of the International Board of Directors, of IASP and the Triple Helix Association, as well as the boards of Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), USP (i3), and INOVA Camp (Unicamp), and the Strategic Committee of the Porto Alegre Innovation Alliance and Pacto Alegre. He previously held the Paschoal Senise Graduate Studies and Innovation Chair at USP; served as President of ANPROTEC, IASP, and FOPROP (Forum of Pro-Rectors for Research and Graduate Studies of Brazilian Universities); and was a member of several councils, including the deliberative boards of CNPq, EMBRAPII, and SEBRAE Nacional, as well as the RBS Editorial Board. 

Luciane Iracet Nuglisch
Superintendent of Economic Development in Piracicaba

After spending nearly 15 years in the corporate sector leading sustainability and governance strategy for an agricultural technology company (CTC), Luciane brought her expertise to the public sector. As the Superintendent of Economic Development for Piracicaba, she works to pave the way for the city's growth by fostering collaboration among the government, universities, businesses, and the productive sector. She helped structure the Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, and Innovation pillar of "Agenda PIRA 35"—a ten-year strategic plan—and coordinates the PIN (Piracicaba Innovation) initiative and the strategies for establishing and gaining recognition for the Piracicaba Innovation District. She also serves on the city's Technology Park (CPT) and Environment (COMDEMA) councils.
