Types of issues that require the attention of the ID team include:
This is a form for all issues to be addressed by the ID team.
Identification and Reporting: If a potential issue is identified by the QA, Performance, Support team, or any other team, it can be directly reported via this form or be communicated to the Programme Leader (PL) via email.
Programme Leader's (PL) Review:
The PL reviews the matter to determine whether it constitutes an issue and how this issue could be resolved. Based on the review, the PL either:
Reports the issue to the Instructional Design (ID) team by filling up all necessary details in the "Report an Issue" form, or
Requests Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) access to address the issue directly.
If no action is needed, the PL will respond to the reporting team with their findings.
Action and Notification:
In case the issue is reported via the "Report an Issue" form, then, the ID team resolves the issue and upon completion, both the original reporter and any additional recipients listed in the reporting form will be notified.
The PL can then follow up with the person who identified the issue (if this person is not included in the additional recipients notified) to confirm the resolution.
Please note that this process applies to all module-related issues identified by students, tutors, or other stakeholders. It is crucial that all relevant team members, including QA, Programme Leaders, and support staff, are informed of these steps to avoid miscommunication and delays.
