Staff Mobility

GENERAL INFORMATION

A selection process is now open for the awarding of mobility grants for research, teaching, and training activities within the framework of the PNRR/TNE Project “Health Education and Advanced Learning Through Collaboration, Opportunities, Networking, and Educational Connections in Balkans and Asian Countries – HEALTH-CONNECT” (CUP F91B24000320006).
All mobility activities must be completed no later than February 28, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

This call is open to:

• Full professors, Associate professors and Researchers employed at the University of Basilicata during the academic year relevant to the mobility program. 

• Full professors, Associate professors and Researchers employed at one of the partner universities during the academic year relevant to the mobility program. 

Mobility Rules:

• Professors and researchers from the University of Basilicata may only carry out their mobility at a foreign partner university.

• Professors and researchers from foreign partner universities may only carry out their mobility at the University of Basilicata.

Mobility Duration and Eligible Activities

• The mobility period will last at least of 5 effective days (excluding travel time) 

• All mobility must be completed by February 28, 2026.

How to Apply 

Eligible candidates who wish to apply must submit their application via the Google Form accessible through the link below.

Required Documents

All applicants (both outgoing and incoming students) must upload the following documents as part of their application:

1. Curriculum vitae (CV)

2. According to the type of the mobility:

• For teaching staff mobility: "Mobility Agreement for teaching" form, duly completed and signed by the applicant, the host university, and the applicant's home institution.

• For research staff mobility: the "Mobility Agreement for research" form, duly completed and signed by the applicant, the host university, and the applicant's home institution.

3. Valid ID document (passport or national ID)

Applications must be submitted no later than 23:59 on January 15, 2026.
