Venue - Scandic Hotel Copenhagen 📌

The Hotel is located at Vester Søgade 6 Copenhagen V. If you arrive by car, underground parking is available (all-day parking fee - 230kr), more information here. However, we highly encourage you to use public transportation. If you arrive by train, you can take S-train lines A, B, Bx, C, E, H and walk from Vesterport Station (max 5 min).

About Scandic Hotel Copenhagen

The Scandic Hotel Copenhagen is a centrally located, contemporary hotel with impressive views of the Lakes and Copenhagen skyline. It can accommodate up to 1,100 people and is amongst the largest conference hotels in Copenhagen. They have an underground car park, and Tivoli Gardens is a short distance from our hotel.

Venue - UN City Copenhagen 📌

The UN City is located at Marmorvej 51, DK-2100 Copenhagen. If you arrive by car, underground public parking is available (8am-5pm 24 DKK/hr – 5pm-8am 12 DKK/hr). We highly encourage you to use public transportation. If you arrive by train, you can take S-train lines A, B, Bx, C, E and walk from Nordhavn Station (max 10 min).

Using public transportation, the approximate traveling time from Copenhagen Central Station is 25 minutes while the traveling time from Copenhagen Airport is about 45 minutes.

Security

In order to access the building, you will need to go through a security check similar to that of an airport. Therefore, we advise you to show up early, bring a picture ID and leave any dangerous goods at home.
